All the bears should be careful now. Remember 101 of trading? Buy the rumor and sell the news? The rumor has always been that Clarity act will not pass. The rumor is done, it has now become the news. The selling of news here would be reversed as we were already predicting a negative news so everyone's going to be shorting on this news, and thats where the news will get sold (bought). Clarity act not passing is probably the worst catalyst left for crypto this year. Meaning there's no more bad news left to dump for crypto in the market. So short with caution if you must, as there's no long term forward looking bearish catalyst left remaining to help you if you get stuck in a drawdown by shorting.

Just fyi, Senators are not voting to finally pass the bill into law on this date, but rather to open the floor for formal consideration and amendments. This vote is just to test the water as it requires 60 votes to pass, meaning it needs support from all voting Republicans plus at least seven Democrats. Trump doesn't have sure shot decisions with any seven Democrats.

Clarity Act vote is scheduled for Tuesday. Be prepared for some interesting ride towards both up and down.
