We have seen an increasing number of scammers pretending to be admins. In order to prevent our users from such illicit activities, we have decided to close the telegram group. All the announcements will be put on Twitter and Telegram channel (https://t.me/CoindeltaAnouncements). From now on, you shall not accept a conversation with anyone claiming to be from the Coindelta Team. For all your queries regarding withdrawals, fee, exchange, 2FA, deadlines, etc. please send emails to support@coindelta.com or raise tickets at https://support.coindelta.com. We will try our best to cooperate with you. We may also cooperate with users who have funds below the withdrawal fee or the users who may have several wallets and may incur high fees. All the queries will only be taken through customer support.

Cryptocurrency withdrawals will take some time to process after authorisation. This is done to prevent scammers from scamming users. If someone has been scammed and the withdraw status is authorized, you need to contact us immediately. Again, do not send funds to any other user’s address. If anyone is asking you to do so, he/she is definitely a scammer. Kindly do not fall into the trap. Always transfer funds to your address only.

Alert!!! Recently an user has been scammed by the false promise of exchanging crypto to INR. Kindly do not withdraw/send funds to any user claiming to help you. Verify the admin TAG before initiating a chat with the admin. It is recommended to send mail to support@coindelta.com for all your issues/queries.
