It includes an FAQ section that will address recurring questions arising from Feedback Form submissions. The section will be updated weekly. An AMA will be held on Thursday, 13 August at 18:00 UTC. Coinmetro statement Due to an extraordinary situation caused by a failure of one of our financial service providers, Coinmetro OÜ has suspended new customer registrations, as well as deposit and withdrawal requests from existing customers from June 22nd, 2026. We also disabled trading, to prevent any adverse consequences to the customers of Coinmetro, to Coinmetro itself and any other third parties. To ensure fair and transparent treatment of all customers and an orderly handling of the situation, we have determined that the best available solution for our company will be to file a reorganisation application to the Estonian court. We are working on implementing a reorganisation plan in consultations with legal advisors. If the court decides to initiate a reorganisation process, this will help to manage remaining value of the existing technology and intellectual property of the business in the interests of the existing customers. Coinmetro has applied for a MiCA license with the MFSA, and the application is currently being reviewed. We will issue further statements once more information is available. Your Privacy Matters. And So Does Your Voice. First things first 🙏 The number of users who flagged concerns about display IDs today says everything about the kind of community Coinmetro has. You pay attention, you speak up, and that makes us better. 🔍 So, is this a GDPR issue? We checked with our legal team and the short answer is no. GDPR protection is always in place and remains a top priority. A personal data issue would only arise where information can be used to identify a specific individual externally. A display ID showing a few letters combined with random numbers does not allow for any direct or indirect identification. It cannot be traced back to a real person by any external party. Our legal team has confirmed this clearly. That said, we hear you. "Technically legal" is not the same as "right for everyone." 🎛 You're in control If you're not comfortable with how your display ID looks, you don't have to keep it. You can change your Metrotag in the app to anything you like: a nickname, something random, whatever feels right. Your account, your call. 🔧 One thing we are fixing A sharp-eyed community member flagged that some Metrotags marked as non-public are still appearing on the platform and in the leaderboard. That shouldn't be happening, and we wouldn't have caught it as quickly without you. Our QA and Tech teams are now investigating. Thanks again for keeping us honest.
