Dear users, We heard you! We have just added the TRC20 network to our platform to enable low fee USDT deposits and withdrawals. Just log on to the USDT funding page and select TRC20 as the address type when you want to deposit or withdraw USDT through TRC20. A TRC20 transaction fee is much lower than Omni and ERC20. The fees for ERC20 deposits or withdrawals are normally $20, which can be really painful. Using TRC20, we charge nothing for the USDT deposits, while the fee for withdrawal is only 2 USDT. Dear users, Our partner, Xfers, will be supporting the Ethereum Arrow Glacier upgrade. Thus, XSGD ERC20 deposits from and withdrawals to Xfers will be suspended from 9 December 2021 (Thursday) at 11 pm SGT. The services will be resumed once the upgrade has been completed. Due to a change in the internal policy of our banking partner, we are switching to Xfers for SGD deposits and withdrawals starting on 1st May 2021 (Saturday). The previous bank account will no longer be used after that. Deposits and withdraws SGD via Xfers Xfers will charge a flat fee of 0.55% on SGD deposits and withdrawals, you may refer to our FAQ (https://coinut.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/900006863543) to learn how to deposit and withdraw via Xfers. Well, we know this fee is high, but there is an approach for you to deposit/withdraw with only the blockchain fee, which is $12. Keep reading. Deposits and Withdraw using XSGD You can transfer SGD from your bank account to your Xfers account and convert it to XSGD at a 1:1 rate without any fee. Then, you withdraw the XSGD from the Xfers account to your Coinut XSGD wallet and buy cryptos. There will only be an ETH blockchain fee in this deposit process. Similarly, you can withdraw XSGD from your Coinut XSGD wallet to your Xfers account and convert the XSGD to SGD and withdraw to your bank account. There will be an ETH blockchain fee in this withdrawal process either.
