Attention all members, I hope this message gives you all a little insight of the current situation and explains the reasoning for being absent. I am sorry for this and for the recent events that have occurred making many people not sure what is happening. I would like to address the facts The web platform does work and the developer is aware of the login issues which affected the withdrawal weekend. The developer is on holidays and cannot fix the issue until he is back. Secondly I am extremely sorry & apologise from the bottom of my heart for the fear and uproar created due to myself being very silent on the whole situation however my reasons were very strong and it was all down to your, my members benefit. I still am not able to disclose too much information but will try to be as informative as possible. EZ Global went through a situation roughly over a month ago now where due to some unknown people an unfortunate problem took place in terms of frozen assets. I solely believed I could get out this mess without having to worry my users however I guess things do not always go according to what we want. Correct documentation was asked for and provided on time and a date was given as to when they will be released, once again unfortunately we are many days over that date & they have not adhered to their timing. I am currently still waiting & have been given assurance the assets will be released however no date has been given (the one given has already been surpassed). I am truly very embarrassed by this whole situation and had over thousands and thousands of messages hence took the decision of hibernating until the issue gets sorted, however I noticed that was not helping my members at all so have decided to contact you via this message today. Now going forward I have many if not all users withdrawal addresses and my plan is to return back seed money minus any withdrawals processed for that active deposit. If I do not have your withdrawal address when the time is right I will contact you personally to get that and to do the right thing.
