A 6 hrs auto-recovery for some balances have been kick-started. You may not be able to access the exchange during this period. Our engineers estimated this may be completed earlier than 6 hours and we are optimistic. Please bear with us. At the end of this process, members will have access to some coins balances that will be listed in our release shortly after the process and in 48 hrs after we will kickstart the manual validation of other coins. This is not a new message. Its a reminder. If you got a message while logging into your account, saying: "Your account has been blocked Reason: Account closure due to inactivity with only airdrops" This means your account never had any deposits, and was only credited an airdrop from SatoExchange. Due to inactivity the account was automatically closed. Usually it would be fine if you just create a new account to start using the exchange. If you have further issues you would have to use the support desk. Thanks.

Manual balance unlocking was scheduled to start yesterday, Monday 18th. Please accept our apologies as we couldn't kick-start it. Our team is in the process of finding a viable method through various and rigorous analytics we have engaged in since this problem to provide automatic unlocking for some of the coins to reduce the work load and the overall time the process would take, while we will manually unlock other coins on per user basis. This has further delayed the start of this process by 48 hrs and on Wed, 20th Oct, we should start the process. Please await news; We will communicate the accepted channels to submit your information (please do not send any requests now) Beware of impostors [scammers] We will never ask you any personal information like passwords nor pin to unlock your balances Also you are NEVER required to send any coins to any address to get your balances unlocked Normally, proving your email or username and the transaction ids of your account history should be enough for us to support you.
