Hey, Since last week I have been suffering from a very high fever (+104f/+40c) which has caused me to rest and take medicines. I haven't been able to do anything else than rest and visit doctor. I'm hoping to get better and get back to the trading ASAP. it came all of the sudden so I didn't had any choice than to rest and hope to get better. 🎯 Market analysis 🎯 👉🏻 Bitcoin keeps forming doji candles on the daily timeframe which reflects indecisiveness in the market currently. At the same time volume keeps decreasing which could support further downward movement. 👉🏻 Earlier we posted about Inverse Head and Shoulders pattern which is not out of the picture, yet. Retest of the previous support level and 0.618 fibonacci is still very possible before starting a new leg upwards. IH&S would get invalidated if the price breaks below of $3,530 support level. 👉🏻 A break above of $3,898 would indicate that bulls are in control and should be watched carefully. 🔼 Next support levels: MA100, MA50, 0.618 Fibonacci level and support zone in between of $3,714 - $3,645 levels. 🔽 Next resistance levels: $3,898 & psychological resistance zone of $4,150 - $4,069 levels. 🎯 Bitcoin is moving towards the apex of the symmetrical triangle and breakout either way should bring more volatility. 👉🏻 This is something where it's good to wait and see where the market wants to take us incase you don't have working strategy for the symmetrical triangle patterns. 👉🏻 There's one risk factor which is rather major in this chart and it's very hard to ignore. The price is actually sloping downwards while the price is moving along the bottom of the ascending channel (increasing). This is considered a bearish sign and could revisit liquidity pool at 0.618 fibonacci level + MA200. 👉🏻 A break above of $3,874 resistance level would indicate that bulls are in control.
