Satrix MSCI World ETF’s H1 gains more than tripled to KSh 15.71Bn, driven by KSh 15.84Bn in fair-value gains, as closing net assets rose 16.5% from December to KSh 196.70Bn.
The fund, which listed on the NSE at KSh 761 a unit in July 2025, switched its underlying investment to Amundi’s lower-cost MSCI World ETF in September while retaining the same benchmark.

KCB Group closed Friday at *KSh 300.46Billion* , holding above the KSh 300Bn mark first reached on August 21.
Its valuation has risen nearly sixfold from about KSh 51Bn in November 2023.

Bamburi Cement’s H1 profit rose 59% to KSh 1.37Bn, its highest first-half profit since 2017, as turnover climbed 20% to KSh 13.72Bn and operating profit hit KSh 2.05Bn.
Operating cash flow swung to KSh 2.25Bn from a KSh 290Mn outflow.
The rebound follows Amsons’ takeover and a KSh 3.08Bn profit in 2025.
Amsons held 99.98% by June 2025 as Bamburi moved towards delisting, while a KSh 32Bn clinker plant is planned.
KETRACO has energized the 72km, 132kV Nanyuki-Isiolo transmission line, about 14 years after the project began in 2012.
The line immediately raised voltage at Nanyuki Substation to 130kV from 123kV and strengthens supply across Upper Eastern Kenya.
